Quality & document control

Evidence available. Shipment claims kept precise.

Standard specifications and certificate copies support buyer review. They do not replace a current lot COA, signed contract specification or loading-port inspection.

Copies currently on file

  • Five standard product specification sheets
  • ISO 9001:2015
  • GHP and HACCP
  • BRCGS Food Safety Issue 9 - Grade AA
  • Halal and Star-K Kosher copies

Required for a firm shipment

  • Current seller/export authority and invoicing entity
  • Recent lot-specific COA or laboratory analysis
  • Exact contract tolerance and sampling method
  • Independent inspection scope and cost
  • Destination-specific documents and freight
Document release policy: Supplier identity, certificate copies and factory media are shared only in a qualified protected transaction and subject to supplier permission. Certificates apply to the named holder, site and scope - not automatically to every seller entity, lot, destination or shipment.
Commercial structure

Choose the route that protects both supply and payment.

The structure is selected after buyer qualification, supplier confirmation and bank review. TSARA does not promise credit terms that conflict with supplier deadlines.

1

Direct exporter contract + TSARA coordination

Lowest working-capital demand. Preferred for initial containers. The qualified exporter contracts and invoices the buyer; TSARA coordinates the protected account, specification, documents and shipment communication.

2

Buyer-funded TSARA resale

Target funding gap: USD 0. Used only when the buyer’s cleared advance and pre-loading balance cover every supplier payment, bank charge, inspection cost and safety reserve before they fall due.

3

Transferable L/C at sight

Bank-controlled route. Suitable when an acceptable buyer bank supports the transaction and the credit expressly states that it is transferable. Draft wording must be reviewed by the banks before issuance.

Payment-safety rules
  • No supplier payment before buyer funds or an operative bank instrument are secured.
  • No change of bank account without independent verification against the signed contract.
  • No firm quotation until price, freight, allocation, documents, inspection and payment are current.
Request a controlled quotation

Send one complete buyer brief.

We will use it to determine whether the grade, pack, source, documentation, payment route and destination are commercially executable.

  • Buyer legal company name, country and website
