How to buy through TSARA Trade
Agree the product, parties and responsibilities before committing to a shipment.
Company and commercial role
TSARA Trade is the commodity-sourcing division presented by TSARA Group. The group contact shown on this site is BE Consult GmbH, Wiler 21, 8414 Buch am Irchel, Switzerland. Your quotation and contract must identify the actual seller, buyer, invoicing party and any sourcing intermediary for that transaction; the website alone does not establish those roles.
1. Product and sample
State the grade, quantity, destination and target timing. MOQ, sample availability, sample charges and courier costs require confirmation. Product images illustrate the category and are not evidence of a specific available lot.
2. Written quotation
Check validity date, currency, delivery basis, included charges, packing and loading window. A TSARA sales level and a separately agreed brokerage fee are different commercial arrangements. Use the transaction documents to establish which applies; no universal fee or margin is promised by this site.
3. Quality and documents
Agree the specification and inspection scope before ordering. Certification, COA and origin-document requirements vary by product and destination. Supplier identities and sensitive records are shared within a qualified transaction.
4. Shipment and follow-up
Confirm the contracting parties, payment, freight and insurance responsibilities, required documents and escalation contact in writing. For repeat orders, agree forecast and replenishment timing.
Quality concern?
Contact trade@tsara.care with your order reference, lot, photos and issue description. Applicable inspection, claim periods and remedies are those agreed in your contract. Do not share confidential transaction documents through an initial public chat.
References and evidence
Ask the trade desk which relevant references or inspection records can be shared for your product and route. Public summaries and illustrative photographs are not proof of a completed shipment.
